Comfortable holiday letting apartment with 3 stars

The non-smoking apartment has 75 square meters and is recently renovated. The front door entrance is on the first floor. The apartment has two rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with whirl pool, bidet, high-quality furniture and a big mirror cabinet.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, a dishwasher, a micro wave, a coffee machine, a kettle, an egg cooker, a sandwich maker, a toaster, spices and all kinds of crockery and table wares.

The living room has Internet, a TV, a radio, a new couch, very nice furniture, a ceiling fan, wood panelled walls and the whole apartment has a new laminated floor.

The bedroom has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 meter) with height-adjustable head- and foot-section, a wardrobe, 2 bedside tables with night lamps and 2 dressing chairs.

The apartment is very beautiful and the optimal place for rest and relaxation.

Pets are not allowed.

Prices:

1 - 2 people: 60.00 €/night

Each additional person: 15.00 €/night

Costs for the final cleaning 60.00 €.

A children’s bed can be provided on request.

For long-term rentals, I offer the following prices for cleaning the bed linen, towels, etc.:

Washing and drying per wash cycle/dryer 15.00 euros each, i.e. a total of 30.00 euros.
